New Features and Updates for the Altruist Manager and website.

Altruist Manager

Location Name

Admin users will now be able to designate a specific name to a location from
within the ‘Location Details’ dialog.

Check-In & Check-Out

Admin users will now find a ‘Check-In & Check-Out’ icon at the top of the page.
Clicking on this icon will open a dialog where a location and shift needs to be
selected.

Note: Only Shifts with a date of today will show as a selection. If there are no Shifts with today’s date, admin users will see a message letting them know that there are no volunteers to check-in.

Altruist Public Website

Interactive Maps

The map found within an organization’s website now allows users to interact with
the pins found within the map. Clicking on a pin will open a pop-out box that users
can use to view all Events at that location. Clicking on an Event within the pop-up
window will open that Event’s webpage in a new tab.

The map found within an Event’s website now scrolls the user down to a specific part of the page and automatically expands the location, so all shifts at that location are visible.

Volunteers will be able to view the location name (if one is given) for a location
