New Features and Updates for the Altruist Manager and website.
Altruist Manager
- Shifts are now editable, even when Volunteers/Groups are assigned. Assignees will receive an email notification with the updated Shift details.
- Admin Users can now save a location address for their organization to quickly use it on
future events. Admins will also have the option of Re-Activating, Archiving, and Deleting
the saved location.
- Events that have only a single Shift will show that single date in the Events list
Altruist Public Website
- Volunteer Groups
○ In the ‘Find Shifts’ page, the Client field is now a textbox with an autofill feature
○ In the ‘Find Shifts’ page, the default date range is set to look at the next six-months
○ In the ‘Manage Shifts’ page, the date parameter has been removed; so all Shifts that the Group is involved with will show up in chronological order
Altruist Users
- Preferred Contact Method
○ Users that designate ‘Phone’ as their preferred contact must have a valid phone number
○ Added a phone opt-in messaging when ‘Phone’ is selected as their preferred contact method
