Manage your client settings

Manage your account and brand settings via your Altruist Manager.

Click on the dropdown menu in the top navigational menu, then click your client name to locate the client settings. These settings control the entire account.

Find Client Settings
After selecting your client name, you'll see the General Information section. 

  • Client Name
  • Primary Administrator Name
  • Administrator's Email Address
  • Your Support Email

Tip: The support email address listed in your Client Settings will appear in the footer of each of your organization pages and event webpages. Use this space to highlight an email address where volunteers can reach your team.

Next, adjust your brand settings by adding: 

  • Brand Logo (512px x 512px Recommended Size)
  • Brand Colors (Primary, Secondary, and Accent Colors)

What do the brand colors control?

  1. The Primary Color controls the top divider banner on your landing pages and event web pages.
  2. The Secondary Color controls the pop-up bar color to confirm the requested shifts. 
  3. The Accent Color controls the selection buttons for each shift.
