Issues with volunteers being able to sign in

If your volunteer is receiving an error message when trying to sign in and confirm a shift, the following may be true:

If a volunteer is trying to access your event page from a work device, their company's IT department may have implemented specific security settings that unintentionally blocked our sign in functionality, preventing them from accessing their account and registering for new shifts. 

Solution: We recommend trying to load the platform's landing page from a mobile device or computer that is not connected to your work network. By doing so, you will bypass the security settings enforced by your IT department and successfully sign in to our platform.


Please note that this workaround should only be utilized if you have a personal device or an alternative computer that is not affiliated with your work network. We understand the importance of ensuring the security of your personal information and complying with your company's policies regarding the use of external devices.
